Academic Achievements: Celebrating Our IGCSE & AS Level Results
MIS International School is celebrating another strong year of academic achievement in 2026, with students producing excellent results across both IGCSE and AS Level examinations. It’s the kind of year that reflects what happens when good teaching meets genuinely hard-working students.
MIS students achieved an impressive 83% of IGCSE grades at A*-C this year, with 32% awarded at the highest A*-A grades — a result that speaks to the strength of our academic programmes and the personalised support each student receives throughout their learning journey.
A particular highlight is the outstanding success of Choeun Kim, who achieved 4 A grades at AS Level in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and Yannawut Kintorn (Take), who also achieved 4 A grades at AS Level across his Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics — a fantastic showing from two of our Sixth Form students, and one the whole school community is proud to celebrate.
At MIS, students benefit from a broad and flexible curriculum, with access to more than 20 IGCSE subjects and over 30 AS & A Level subject pathways, allowing them to pursue their strengths and aspirations with confidence rather than settle for a narrow set of options. We also provide dedicated university and careers guidance from Year 11 onwards, supporting students with subject selection, university applications, and preparation for future success at leading institutions around the world.
These achievements are ultimately a team effort — the result of engaged students, dedicated teachers, and a school community that takes education seriously without losing sight of the individual student behind every grade.
